This has been my family’s go to deli for Subs, Breakfast sandwiches and deli meats for the 20+ years we have been coming here It’s the first thing we get when we get on the island and the last thing we get when we leave. While many people enjoy them for their sandwiches and deli, they are also a one stop Shop for all your basic cooking and living needs. My family and I have been coming to Ocean City for a week every summer for over 25 years. One of the places we must stop for a breakfast sandwich and an Italian sub is Berenato's. I have never had a bad sandwich from here in all that time and the service is always excellent. The Berenato family greeted us with a smile everytime we walked through the door like we were locals. I was sad to learn that Joe had passed away a few months back, but I know the deli is in good hands...
The breakfast sandwiches from Berenato's Deli are a must! The sausage, egg, and cheese and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches were cooked to perfection and both absolutely delicious. Among the best spot in Ocean City for a mouth-watering breakfast sandwich, and while I haven’t had a hoagie yet, they are raved about. .
