What the heck is some of the best BBQ doing in OCNJ?? I have had some of the best Bbq in Austin Tx. Terry Blacks and several others some in Dallas Tx and in Ga. But this ranks right up there in my top 3. Ribs were fantastic and the sides of beans, mac and cheese and coleslaw were off the chain! People there were so very nice and we had great conversation. We come from Ga every other year and Buddy’s will be on our list of places to eat and I really cannot think of any...
I travel the country alot and always try BBQ restaurants wherever I go. So I have tasted some great BBQ in the last 35 years all around the country. I'm a local to the OC area, and have never been impressed by any BBQ place around here. Today was my first visit to Buddy's. I got a half rack of ribs with two sides. It was everything that I would expect from a great BBQ restaurant. The meats smoke ring, the right amount of meat pull from the bone, etc. I was very impressed...
Absolutely amazing bbq. Ribs smoked to perfection and the sides were very tasty. Everything was fresh and homemade. We had the best service in oc. Great family serving up excellent food.
