22 min sat and waited at the bar in terminal C. Countless employees walked by me like i was sitting there. Worst service. Half the tables were empty.
We were there yesterday (Friday 28th)….,,, game day of course it was busy that’s expected .,,. Put our name on the list for a seat weighted and watch the game of course for three hours to find out our name was taken off the list somehow….. we are not a complaining type. I understand it’s game day things happen. It gets crazy completely understandable. Worst customer service ever. Got a lemonade that was mostly ice. When I asked for a refill of WATER, I was very rudely told I could purchase more lemonade or a bottle of water. They couldn't give me FREE WATER after I just spent $12.00 in their store on Crab Fries and lemonade!
