This has been a favorite of my entire family for 2 generations. The food is always great as it was today. Yes, get up a little early and grab some apple cider donuts to treat yourself!
Today we had an amazing birthday breakfast for our son at Oves. I called ahead that a party of 8 was on the way. When we arrived and were taken to our table, the staff had added a happy birthday sign. Whoa. Awesome. The staff also added candles to our donuts and sang happy birthday to our son. Above & beyond. Thank you, Oves.
Enjoyed a nice walk up the boards to Oves. Had the Jersey Devil Omelette and a side of scrapple cubes. Everything was cooked perfectly! Omelette was fluffy and delicious, with pork roll (not Taylor ham) onions and pepper jack. A great combo! Highly recommend getting away from the hustle and bustle down the boardwalk and enjoying what OC is really about.
