The pizza was very good and overall we enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my burger, which was obviously disappointing. The staff did replace it, which I appreciated, but by the time the new burger came out, the rest of my family had already finished eating. I understand that mistakes happen, but it definitely put a damper on the experience since I wasn’t able to enjoy the meal together with my family.
The pizza at Pisa Pizza is seriously good. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they’re making, and everything tastes fresh and well done. What really stands out to me, though, is how hard the owner works. Putting in 12-hour days, 7 days a week is no joke, and you can see how much pride he takes in the place. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re looking for a really good pizza and a local business that genuinely cares.
In ocean city everyone talks about Manco&manco but Pisa is a nice place under the radar. The pizza was a little floppy. But they do have excellent ingredients. The sauce is very sweet and has that boardwalk taste to it. The crust was delicious and the toppings were of a high quality. But other than it being a little floppy, price was right, food was good, service was friendly. This place could and should be busier. I’d return again.
