Everyone knows in OCNJ if you want a really good dinner you usually have to go off island! The restaurants that actually do serve dinner here are not great. The Betz Room changes that! Its a small space with a very nice atmosphere inside. The food was excellent! The staff is also very friendly. It was our 1st visit since we became members and they made us feel like we belonged. The Betz Room was fantastic. We had a large birthday party celebration here last night. Everything was perfect. We had two amazing servers, they split our table into two and assisted us with orders and drinks. I ordered the burrata, the cheese board and also the bread board. I almost don’t want to write this review at the risk of this place getting too popular to get a reservation. The Betz Room is simply The Best food in Ocean City, NJ. Nothing on the island compares. Not even close.You have to join as a member for a modest $25 per person. For those who do not know, Ocean City is a dry town and you cannot consume alcohol anywhere except a for few private clubs.
