Tried this place for the first time ever. I was a fan of the Jersey Shore Omelet. My friends really liked the lemon blueberry pancakes as well. Usual expected noise for a busy diner by the beach on a sunday morning.
I love their pancakes 🥞 😋. I eat Gluten free, so i don't always get to have them. And they are very good. I like the indoor and outdoor seating, too. Both are pleasant. The wait staff are always cheerful and polite. Service is quick. There's a nice vibe there.
Were the pancakes worth the 30 minute drive?? Absolutely. I never finish 3 pancakes at breakfast joints... I told my belly to just make room. The lemon blueberry pancakes were so delicious. My apologies for being hungry and only getting a photo after diving into them, but my pancakes were darn near perfect. Thin, crisp edges, and soft fluffy center. I should have taken some to go! I do not like that I swatted the entire time, but apparently some weather phenomenon is going on...
