I've ordered egg white omelettes at plenty of restaurants, and this was honestly the first time I could tell they were made with fresh egg whites instead of the usual carton egg whites. The taste and texture were noticeably better. The vegetables were fresh, the whole meal tasted high quality, and you can really tell they care about the ingredients they use. I'll definitely be back!

This was our 1st time at the Varsity Inn and we decided to try it because I always hear so much about it. We had the tomato soup & grilled cheese, 8th Street Burger and order of cheese fries. Word of caution to anyone who's kid wants cheese fries, unbeknownst to us they melt shredded cheese on their fries so when my daughter asked for cheese on the side (so she could dip her fries) the fries came out with a sauce cup of shredded cheese on the side. Ok, not the worst thing...

My Son David & I loved it we had Omelets his was just egg whites & veg. Mine was regular eggs with meat & veg. Both were fantastic. Our service was excellent. He enjoyed his coffee too. ☕️
