Waited an hour for two sandwiches after being told 20 minutes, over hyped, over priced, tourist trap! ? No tomatoes on my cheese steak sub, you have one job! ?? $36.14 for a large cheese steak and a small chicken cheese steak (onions missing) see above! ? Won't miss it... ?? Thank goodness the food wasn't half bad... just half missing! ???
Look into the Ocean and you see how small and insignificant we are. In Ocean City, New Jersey since 1954 the family business in Ocean City is closing Sunday, October 9th 2022 making it their final 69th and final season. Bought 7 Sammys and their frozen stuffed peppers. PCS, gringo, shrimp po boy, Jeff’s special, johnnys special , chicken sorrento and buffalo wedge. Mad Respect !!!!
Seems this place is closing after 68 years. Heck of time to write a review!!? This has been our go to place for takeout every year when we come to OCNJ. You really had to plan ahead since there was usually an hour or more wait. On Saturday before Labor Day, we ordered at 130PM and the food was ready at 415PM. Cheesesteak was enormous and delicious. Everyone else liked their entrees. I would say sturdy reliable food overall. Nothing fancy. Definitely will be missed!
