Great place for kids! Rides for all ages, a super arcade, friendly staff, and very clean. Prices for ride tickets are reasonable for the Ocean City area, all things considered (especially if you purchase a large amount or take advantage of an off-season sale). My daughters (9 and 4 as of this review) love Playland's Castaway Cove!
We've been going to Ocean City for decades and Gillian's was always our go to place. With the catastrophic debacle that Gillian's is now, Castaway Cove is basically our only alternative option. It definitely doesn't have the same warm feel as Gillian's and caters to an older demographic as well. Their recent additions of rides are now geared even more towards older crowds. I really wish they would have picked up some more rides geared towards toddlers...
My two toddlers love the little kid rides they have. I appreciate that 2 & under is free with an adult. We always have a blast here every year. Never long wait lines which is great for little kids. Variety of options to choose from for all ages
