“I occasionally order catering pickup for different events. The food quality is good and affordable and the customer service I’ve experienced thus far is excellent. I’ve called before with a question and was spoken to very kindly and respectfully. This morning I called to make an edit to an order I’m picking up this evening and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed off the phone or that I was “bothering” her which you sometimes expect to get. As long as I continue to receive this service, I will continue to place my orders with this Wegmans.“

“My husband and I started researching wedding venues in January 2025 and stumbled upon The Mill. We had never attended a wedding there but had heard positive reviews from others who had been there before. They were responsive and flexible with our schedule to come and tour the venue. We met Racquel, who answered our many questions and we left the tour being so impressed with the beauty, warmth, and all that’s included when you elect The Mill for your wedding venue. We booked shortly after and from that point forward, The Mill was first-class treatment all the way. The cake and food tastings were incredible. Our parents joined us at the food tasting and we left stuffed and excited for our options! In weeks leading up to the wedding, our coordinator changed to Mya, who was quickly in touch with us and caught up on all the details surrounding our wedding. On our wedding day, Angela was my bridal attendant who was with me every step of the way throughout the day. She bustled my dress and even helped me change my shoes from heels to sneakers! Tyler was our maitre'd and kept all of us on track and organized through the entire day. We had three young flower girls in our wedding party- even they were taken care of by everyone from the kitchen to the event staff. We cannot say enough positive things about our entire day- and our guests are still raving about the food six weeks later! You will not have a single regret if you choose to get married at The Mill!“

“We used Chef Marie for a private dinner to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. She did a wonderful job. The planning process was seamless - she was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We had a four-course meal and each one was fantastic. She uses local and organic ingredidents and is very adaptive to your dietary needs. She even created a special menu for the kids. Marie and her assistant were very personable and professional. They catered to our every need and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Chef Marie/Proper Palate for your next dining event.“

Setup and takedown was very efficient and complete, and they answered all my questions promptly. Waitstaff was great. Would highly recommend for any event in Deal/Long Branch.“

They did a buffet with carving stations, which lined up along the other wall. Dance floor and sound were great! Of course it was Brian Kirk so you can’t go wrong! Very good service.“

“When almost our entire family reccomended this place for breakfast, we couldn't pass up the opportunity. They made the absolute best Pork Roll/Taylor Ham I've ever had. You step into a true mom and pop deli, not a soulless chain. The staff were friendly with all and you could tell most customers were regulars that were on first name bases with all staff.“

“My wife and i just had a baby and I strolled into Sally boy’s because my wife had some cravings. I walked in and met Jeremy and he was kind and welcoming early on. The store is beautiful and even has a walk-up sidewalk counter! I told him why I was there and he offered me congratulations on the newborn and upon checkout, he gave me a delicious dessert for my wife as a gift and offered us many blessings. When I am in Red Bank I will always make sure I stop in to enjoy and support Sally’s and Jeremy’s success.“
