My family hired Chef Marie, for my Surprise “special birthday” dinner. Chef Marie served up the most delicious sit down dinner for 18 adults. The appetizers included a charcuterie board, bruschetta, burrata, and crab cakes (that were amazing). Would highly recommend The Proper Palate for your next event. We had a private dinner for my mom’s birthday and Chef Marie did a fantastic job! She was personable and friendly and the food was delicious and presented very well. Thank you for a fabulous evening!

I hired Marie for my husbands birthday last night. We had the best experience! She arrived on time and the courses were served based on the flow of the night. She cooked and cleaned everything, I did not have to think twice about anything! We were able to unwind and enjoy the night.
