Portuguese Restaurants in Ogdensburg, NJ

“Parents took me here when I came home for a visit and had no idea what to expect. All I knew was "seafood". We had the cold octopus salad and the verde sauce muscles were excellent. Octopus salad was like a ceviche with the bright acidity and freshness. The flavors were on point, I couldn't stop. Unfortunate no pics of those since, they were immediately dug into.

The paella for 2, easily serves another person. They do not short you on any seafood as the perfectly cooked rice is packed full of shrimp and scallops. The broiled seafood platter, just as good and also easily for 2 people. Oddly enough, even though we had enough, we still found ourselves constantly picking for another taste.

Nothing in either dish lacked in flavor. We all left full and extremely satisfied. Plus we had enough food leftover for lunch the next day.

I'll also say the host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and recommended a fantastic Portuguese verde wine with our meal.
