Pulled up to the window and before I had a chance to focus on the menu , which would have took 5 seconds the guy behind the counter says what can I get you?. No hello no welcome to Wendy's nohow you're doing today. Just so what can I get you? Not a proper greeting
We ordered n the app. Food was hot and staff was wonderful. They are undergoing renovations. The only downside of our meal was none of the condiments requested were in the bag. So the potato had no butter, salt or sour cream. The potato had to be eaten dried. There was no plastic knife and a requested sauce for nuggets was missing. There were no napkins. I wasn't driving all the way back, the idea is everything should be in the bag.
