The matcha was good. I had a strawberry Matcha. I have to say their strawberry was fresh. I got real chunks of strawberries, not syrup, which is always a plus because I hate when cafés do just a strawberry syrup. It just tastes fake and not authentic. Would recommend for a quick Matcha spot.

As a recent new resident of Ft lee NJ I have been so lucky to find Cafe Lala. Quickly it has become my favorite cafe. The coffee and food is as good as it gets. Gourmet in every sense of the word. The highest quality coffee I’ve ever had. They have an incredible selection of lattes… everyone as remarkable as the previous. The employees are genuinely happy to see you which is such a different vibe than most places you immediately recognize it. The owner is just wonderful. Everytime...

Cafe Lala is a must-visit spot, especially in the morning, when they serve their own unique version of Korean gimbap. On top of that, they offer drinks and treats you won’t easily find at other cafés.
Their signature flavored coffees are always excellent, and my personal favorites are the Einspänner, grapefruit slush, and fresh strawberry milk — all absolutely delicious. And whatever you do, don’t skip the cheesecake. It’s a must-try!
