Great service and a very clean, decent Seolleongtang (Ox Bone Soup). The staff is fast and friendly, and the dining room is super cozy (they even have arcade games at the front!). The value here really depends on when you go: there's an early bird special before 11 AM for about $12, which is a great deal for the generous portion. Outside of those hours, it's $17, and at that price point, there's some stiff competition nearby.
While eating bossam here, I asked to take the leftovers to go. At many places, when you box food after starting a meal, they usually only pack the main dish.
But here, they thoughtfully packed everything that goes with bossam — the garlic, peppers, ssamjang, shrimp paste, and even the kimchi. It may seem like a small detail, but it honestly meant a lot to me.
I know this could be inconvenient for the servers, yet they did it without hesitation....

Such a gem of a random find. I happened to be driving by looking for good Korean in Pal Park when I saw this spot come up in my search.
