I have been a customer here since they first opened. The server is nice as usual. The food used to be better. I recommend the Gomtang more than the Yukgaejang. Yukgaejang used to taste a lot better in the past. The place needs to turn up the AC during the summer.
Classic mom & pop Korean restaurant. This is a rare breed as each generation of Koreans have integrated into American society and seek after fusion or luxury culinary. Finding a traditional Korean restaurant will be increasingly difficult to find unless there is another wave of Korean immigrants. Eating here, you will be satisfied with all the food options. Nothing extraordinary in terms of food or setting, but convenient and steady taste.
Delicious soups — we had Gomtang and Seolleungtang. The service was kind, atmosphere was calming, relaxing and bright. The kimchi and pickled side dishes for each order was well-portioned, fresh and tasty. This was our first visit but certainly won’t be our last!
