The atmosphere is pretty whatever and the servers could be a bit more attentive but I don’t really care about that. I come here for the food! As one of the few remaining bbq joints in Jersey that still use charcoal, the flavor of their meat is unmatched. No need to get the more expensive items on the menu. The standard marinated kalbi and brisket is preferred.
A restaurant with 4-5 servers at 6pm on a Sunday evening. Even when I called, they didn't come and the meat was so bad... Please hire some staff, not once or twice... No, I'm saying this because the meat is delicious.
The taste of meat grilled over charcoal is always excellent.
In addition, the sincere and friendly service from the staff is even more outstanding. It's the best~
