There are plenty of ingredients to choose from, ranging from fresh vegetables, noodles, and fishballs, to packages of thinly sliced meat. Just be aware, whatever you choose, you must have a pound's worth for them to prepare it as a dry pot or in a broth. I focused on tofu and seafood, so I had to have mine in a broth. The “House Malatang” was sooo delicious. And reasonably priced! (How it works is you choose the vegetables and meats that you want, bring them to the counter, choose your soup, and they cook it all up and bring it to you) Definitely going again ?

Good choices of veggies, workers add more and rotate them alot.
Employees are nice and helpful. The most notable for me is the Asian female, always see her helping with such a nice vibe. Hope her pillow is cold on both sides.
