This location staff ( Adara E) is unprofessional and poorly trained. I prepaid a blueberry chiffon birthday cake 2 days before my pickup date. When I arrive, The order was not ready for pick up and the staff said it was not recorded in their system even though I have my receipt. I provide them clear instruction with my contact, pick up date and birthday message when I place the order. How can a national wide bakery company make such a mistake on someone important date. My mother-in-law was so upset that I couldn't get her favorite flavor cake on her 80th birthday, I have to pick up a random flavor to her birthday party without any birthday message on the cake, I was so embarrassed. Worst comes to worst, the staff did not even apologize, not one word of sorry out of their mouth, all they said was to pick another cake. So be aware when you pre order any cake, make no expectation

First time I went was a little dirty since then they really cleaned up the place. Lots of goodies for that sweet tooth and plenty of drinks. Nice neighborhood and nice area to walk around with outdoor sitting!

As a former employee at this location, I always treated my customers with respect and kindness. However, the manager working today provided unprofessional and rude service. As there was confusion with my order, I was very apologetic for the confusion, and she was very rude. She whispered to her boss in front of me saying “ no he didn’t” when I asked for oat milk. I am very disappointed by this altercation because I was a former employee and re-occurring customer.

This place has such a nice atmosphere and the service was excellent! I was served by Grace and she was very friendly and kind! It felt very welcoming! And all of the food looked so appetiting, especially the cheesecake was delicious. I look forward to coming back again!
