I called to order a cake for my uncle's 90th birthday and Manager Joon personally delivered it to his house bc he wanted to make sure the cake didn't get damaged. I can't say enough about how appreciative I was. Truly great service.

I ordered a coffee and unfortunately, it didn’t taste right, there was something off about it. I politely asked to have it replaced, but the cashier told me it wasn’t possible. I explained that the taste seemed off and asked again, but was told I would have to pay again if I wanted a new one. In the end, I had to throw the coffee away. I find this very disappointing and unfair. Good customer service means standing behind your product and being willing to make things right when something isn’t up to standard.

I order a cake on 02/25/2025 for delivery for today 03/05/2025 at 11:45AM for a birthday celebration , I called the store the night before spoke with a woman that confirmed my cake order. I called this MORNING spoke with MARK and he said there is no cake , I asked to speak with a manager and he said she was busy . I asked for a refund and he said he could refund me . I wonder how if you cant find my cake order. I WANT MY MONEY NOW and if I have to go to the store it will not be good.

Terrible service The service people who work in that place do not know how to understand and they do not have people who know how to speak Spanish Jente like the face I called to change the day to pick up a cake in time the person who answered hung up on me dooo to change the date to pick up they are rude workers lack of experience and ethics horrible horror horrible horrible service

This location staff ( Adara E) is unprofessional and poorly trained. I prepaid a blueberry chiffon birthday cake 2 days before my pickup date. When I arrive, The order was not ready for pick up and the staff said it was not recorded in their system even though I have my receipt. I provide them clear instruction with my contact, pick up date and birthday message when I place the order. How can a national wide bakery company make such a mistake on someone important date. My mother-in-law was so upset that I couldn't get her favorite flavor cake on her 80th birthday, I have to pick up a random flavor to her birthday party without any birthday message on the cake, I was so embarrassed. Worst comes to worst, the staff did not even apologize, not one word of sorry out of their mouth, all they said was to pick another cake. So be aware when you pre order any cake, make no expectation

First time I went was a little dirty since then they really cleaned up the place. Lots of goodies for that sweet tooth and plenty of drinks. Nice neighborhood and nice area to walk around with outdoor sitting!
