Great service and great selection even towards the end of the night. I've gone to other locations that were out of items by the afternoon but this location did not disappoint at near closing time. The two young ladies that work there were super sweet and helpful. I wish I would've gotten their names to give them proper recognition. I'll definitely be returning. Oh and try the biscoff donuts and cake! 🤤

AMAZING SERVICE. The manager Iljun is very nice and accommodating. He puts his customer satisfaction first and I have not experienced his level of customer service in a long time! I always place large orders and I have never had an issue and everything is always fresh and tasty. The whole team at the Palisades Park PB are fabulous!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I come here a lot, but I feel like it’s a very neglected branch of the company. When something breaks down, it’ll be down for weeks. The selection has been getting even more scarce lately as well. No cookies, no brownies- these are basic bakery items. However, the staff is always so great and so are the lattes. I wish this place was cared for more.

TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE food. Employees; super rude! Took forever to take down my order and even then got it wrong! Food was cold and they gave me a hot chocolate instead of an iced tea: how??? Super pricey

I called to order a cake for my uncle's 90th birthday and Manager Joon personally delivered it to his house bc he wanted to make sure the cake didn't get damaged. I can't say enough about how appreciative I was. Truly great service.

I ordered a coffee and unfortunately, it didn’t taste right, there was something off about it. I politely asked to have it replaced, but the cashier told me it wasn’t possible. I explained that the taste seemed off and asked again, but was told I would have to pay again if I wanted a new one. In the end, I had to throw the coffee away. I find this very disappointing and unfair. Good customer service means standing behind your product and being willing to make things right when something isn’t up to standard.

I order a cake on 02/25/2025 for delivery for today 03/05/2025 at 11:45AM for a birthday celebration , I called the store the night before spoke with a woman that confirmed my cake order. I called this MORNING spoke with MARK and he said there is no cake , I asked to speak with a manager and he said she was busy . I asked for a refund and he said he could refund me . I wonder how if you cant find my cake order. I WANT MY MONEY NOW and if I have to go to the store it will not be good.
