Personally, I think this place has the best rice noodles.

Just had the beef bulgogi bigimbap and it was amazing. It comes with a side of miso soup (which is ok), the best kimchi ive ever tasted (decently mild too), and some pickled daikan radish (which I didnt even know existed and im not a fan of daikan but I ate the whole portion. The bigimbap has rice, thinly shaved beef, onions, sweet peppers, wood ear mushroom, chives, likely a few more ingredieant im missing, and a perfectly sooked sunnyside up egg. It is seasoned really well, but i added some of the chili sauce (i think it was) that they have in the little condiment carrier at the table; i also tried some with a touch of hoison; and then the chili and hoison together. Its very good. And its very filling, i didnt think id be able to finish the serving but it was too good not to eat everything down to the last grain of rice. Also, it cones in a hot stone bowl that youre supposed to mix it all together in and than spoon small portions onto a side plate, which is a great idea because it kept the food nice and hot the whole time. I do live 30 mins away and bot usually in this area but ill be back; i wish i lived across the street.

Fantastic food, clean and comfortable space, friendly staff. We tried pho, fried rice noodles, and rainbow roll. They were all so good, fresh, and generously portioned. The sushi chef was super friendly and he even came over to our table for a quick chat. We'll come here again and try the chef special sushi next time?

My favorite pho place! Please give it a try at least once. I used to think I could only find good pho in NY but I finally found a place near my house that I like!
