Just had the beef bulgogi bigimbap and it was amazing. It comes with a side of miso soup (which is ok), the best kimchi ive ever tasted (decently mild too), and some pickled daikan radish (which I didnt even know existed and im not a fan of daikan but I ate the whole portion. The bigimbap has rice, thinly shaved beef, onions, sweet peppers, wood ear mushroom, chives, likely a few more ingredieant im missing, and a perfectly sooked sunnyside up egg. Fantastic food, clean and comfortable space, friendly staff.We tried pho, fried rice noodles, and rainbow roll. They were all so good, fresh, and generously portioned.The sushi chef was super friendly and he even came over to our table for a quick chat.We'll come here again and try the chef special sushi next time?
