The staff and managers here are really nice. The food is great too, especially the chicken and tonkatsu. I’ve been to a lot of other karaoke places, but the facilities here are honestly some of the best. Highly recommend!
I’ve been here once before, but my returning experience put a bad taste in my mouth. I went with a group of friends, and asked to put my name on the list. The guy at the desk said It’s an hour and a half wait, so I put down my name and phone number and he said “you guys would be better off going to a different karaoke bar” with a snippy attitude like we clearly weren’t wanted there. So we took his advice, went to the next closest...
I’ve been to rock 21 a couple times with a few friends and I have to say it’s actually one of the best karaoke spots in Palisades Park. The food is great, and so are the drinks, And honestly, the service was exceptional.
