Best hwedup bap in town! Just hits that spot with sushi, veggies, rice & gochujang spicy sauce goodness! Tried the Hamachi too and it was melt in your mouth, buttery deliciousness! My mom kept getting into the food before I could even take a picture! Thank you Sushi Island!
This place is on another level. I’ve eaten sushi all over, including high‑end spots in Korea and Japan, and this restaurant genuinely holds its own. The cuts were precise and matched perfectly to each type of fish. The appetizers were creative, balanced, and full of flavor.
I also have to call out the squid sashimi and octopus sashimi. Both were incredibly fresh with perfect texture. And the spicy tuna roll was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.
