This location never has mobile ordering turned on, making it difficult for mall employees to order food and pick it up. Many of us only have a 30 minute lunch break, and standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to order cuts into that break time in a big way. I realize this location is in a high volume mall and gets very busy, but if I simply closed my doors when the traffic in my store became very busy, I simply wouldn't have a job anymore.I have no complaints about the food...
I’m leaving this a 3 star because there was a very sweet guys who helped but he looked new and there’s this other girl very short hair (his coworker) who kept giving him attitude and i did not like that. When there’s someone new there has to be patience with each other. I would have given it a 5 star if the girl didn’t do that to the poor guy. I am so sorry to him and hopefully he doesn’t get treated like that anymore
