I ordered a chicken tinga bowl. Chicken was tasteless and mediocre. Rest of the salad was extremely sour. So much that my teeth were clenching. I left it unfinished. Still it gave me heartburn later. Won’t be back.

Ordered through the app at this location. Spent $21 on a salad that was just ok, a salad is a salad, and they forgot to add the grilled chicken that I paid $3.50 for. The store was not even busy. I just feel for $21 there should be no errors especially with your protein choice in the salad. Probably better off with a premade salad from Whole Foods next door.

What a pleasure it was eating at chopt in Bergen plaza on Saturday 12/2 thanks to the staff that was there. After a long day of holiday shopping I was greeted so warmly and quickly and the salad was delicious! Santa Fe salad substituted chickpeas and black beans instead of cheese and tomatoes. Added tofu. So nice chopt has so many vegan options. Thanks!

I love the concept of Chopt and the menu options. I don’t love the inconsistency, long waits, and parking situation. Every time I reorder something, it has different ingredients then the first time I ordered it. I guess it’s who’s making them? There is also usually only 2 people working here - one flint in store and the other one doing online ordering. That’s fine but the line gets super long and then before you know it, my lunch break is over. The parking, well this place is at the Bergen Mall. The parking lot is usually always packed so you have to either park behind Ruth’s or by Whole Foods.

Haven't been there in a while but when I was going it was wonderful experience. Lunch rush is crazy especially when the orders from the online services start kicking in. But the staff always pushed forward and everybody go serve before their lunch break was over. The staff was very friendly not only with the customer but along their fellow co-workers. Atmosphere was great no matter what time it was. If I could I work there. Get discounts on my favorite wrap. Along with the oatmeal cookie. That combo was SLAP. Maybe I pop up.
I’ve been to the bergen centre Chopt many times over the years . The salad is so low quality, not fresh. The dressing is watered down- and the employees couldn’t care less. This is definitely not the Chopt sit used to be.

Have not left a yelp review in years but had to warn others of this place. The salad I had today was below grocery store quality and tasted worse than something you would buy at stop and shop. Lettuce was wilted, dressing was flavorless, portion was small and served in a cardboard bowl, all for the absurd price of $14. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. I honestly would prefer a McDonalds salad to this garbage.
