I love the concept of Chopt and the menu options. I don’t love the inconsistency, long waits, and parking situation. Every time I reorder something, it has different ingredients then the first time I ordered it. I guess it’s who’s making them? There is also usually only 2 people working here - one flint in store and the other one doing online ordering. Haven't been there in a while but when I was going it was wonderful experience. Lunch rush is crazy especially when the orders from the online services start kicking in. But the staff always pushed forward and everybody go serve before their lunch break was over. The staff was very friendly not only with the customer but along their fellow co-workers. What a pleasure it was eating at chopt in Bergen plaza on Saturday 12/2 thanks to the staff that was there. After a long day of holiday shopping I was greeted so warmly and quickly and the salad was delicious! Santa Fe salad substituted chickpeas and black beans instead of cheese and tomatoes. Added tofu. So nice chopt has so many vegan options. Thanks!
