Wow, have they gone downhill. I just went in to order donut holes. I was abruptly told we don’t have them. I ordered two donuts and went to pay and I was told we don’t make change. The server then asked me, “bro do you want a receipt?” as he adjusted the headphones that he was listening to rather than paying much attention to what he had to do.

What a sad waste of what used to be a really great brand.

I really enjoy coming to Duck Donuts! The sandwiches are super yummy, and the donuts are always freshly made and so delicious. The employees are also always nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The only downside I’ve experienced is with the online ordering system. I’ve arrived at the pickup time given on the website, only to be told that my order hadn’t been received yet. An employee mentioned that it can take about 15 minutes after the listed arrival...

Not the most motivated or friendly bunch of employees. But this is the current employee standard of a generation of the socially inept. If I ask the person at the counter if it is more cost effective to purchase a dozen and they say it doesn't make a difference then they're either lazy or just misinformed about their own product which is kind of inexcusable. The food was decent but God would it kill you to take an interest in the customer or pretend to?
