Stopped at this location for the first time and learned Customer Service is adequate but clearly not their primary focus. ...or perhaps not the primary focus of the person who served me at that particular time.I didn't take it personal, and neither is this review personal, but my honest review is that my local Dunkins are far better than this location at customer service with the same great products to offer. Hope it changes
Dunkin App says they're open until 9pm and 10 min to 8pm they had shut down the machines and cleaned everything up for the evening. They're getting a couple stars because the woman gave me an iced coffee for free but I would've liked to order and pay for a latte or something at least eat.
