“Service was quick and easy. We got the new fun smore pretzels to share. It was creative and unique. They tasted pretty good. The customer service wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't anything awful either. Just kind of your regular run of the mill pretzel shop. Was a little pricey at $9 for pretzels but is what it is.“

“I am ashamed to say that I didn't spend as much time here as I would have liked to. From what I experienced, I did enjoy the time I did. This place is what happens when you get rid of the babers' chairs and replace them with craft beer and small plates. I thought I was alone, being a person of color, who had an elevated appreciation of small batch beers. It's nice to know that I'm not alone. Like a barbershop, this is a place where locals gather to speak of things that matter to them. To enjoy each other's company and to spoil their elevated taste bud's. When I return to N.Y. this place will be at the top of my list. BUT you guys REALLY need to update the menu on Google“

“These were the best pretzels I ever had in my entire life. It was 3pm, past lunch hour, and the pretzels were fresh and warm. Never in my life have I experienced pretzels with such passion. The perfect balance of an outside crunchy crust combined with the perfect doughy texture inside, perfectly salted, just beautiful. I ordered the pizza bites and a classic salted pretzel, and ate all of it in ten minutes max. I did pay $16 for these two items, and I am in fact dirt poor, but it was worth it. The staff was kind, cracking jokes with me, and it made me feel like I was ordering gourmet pretzels in Germany, home of the pretzels. I will be thinking about these pretzels for the rest of my days. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the magnificent beauties, but believe me when I say it tasted like heaven.“

“Real tasty pretzels that you can have plain, salted, cinnamon sugar, or glazed. I always ask for the little bite size segments rather than the whole pretzel. If you request it, they will give you half of them salted and half plain (which helps keep my salt consumption down). They have several locations in the mall, but this one is in the Restaurant District by Lenscrafters and Ruby Tuesdays. Generally pretty quick service.“
