Ordered the cheese stuffed nuggets. The servers was insisting going to take ten minutes. I ordered them. She seemed irritated don’t know why. 10 minutes later I ask another employee how the order was going. She looked in the oven and saw the tray was on the side. After 20 minutes I asked for a refund. Over the last 20 times stopping here while driving past, they never have sweet almond pretzels. They rather stand around talking than to make the food that is clearly on the menu. They offered to make one for me, but I'm here for a quick stop, not to wait for a pretzel. Please FIX
Me and my boyfriend visited on 9/30 around 1:45PM and it was an AWFUL experience. My boyfriend asked for a cinnamon pretzel and the refused to make it because they were “going on break.” They offered the nuggets instead because “it’s the same thing” while saying slurs and derogatory remarks under their breath (i.e, “stupid”). They then laughed and smirked as he completed the transaction. Extremely unprofessional, offensive and inappropriate behavior.
