Tojo’s Kitchen Reviews
I expected much more from Tojo’s Kitchen. Everything seemed dumbed down for American pallets and too salty. If you want real authentic Japanese food instead of just frilly decor look elsewhere. This food is for the tourists and weaboos only.
We love the food at Tojo’s Kitchen! The Wagyu sushi is a must try!
Everything is good, it's just a little hot/humid but I don't really think that's their fault.

Tojo's Kitchen offers a delightful dining experience with a solid menu of ramen, udon, and appetizers. The food is flavorful and served promptly, with the restaurant being considerate of any dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is beautifully designed, blending modern and cultural elements for a unique ambiance. Customers have noted the spacious and clean environment, making it a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy meals.
The menu has been updated, with options like Onigiri featuring various inside ingredients. Tonkatsu ramen is a favorite, praised for being amazing and flavorful. The food is great, with the ramen being one of the best, and the eggs, green onions, and vegetables being very fresh. The restaurant is usually not busy, but it is very spacious, with each table being far apart. Even though it is hidden, customers say they would definitely go again.
The pork chashu don and garlic soy Korean wings are tasteful, and the water eel onigiri is the bomb. The spice on the Korean-style boneless wings is delicious. Overall, Tojo's Kitchen is fairly priced for the generous portions and offers a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.
