The menu is much more extensive than what’s posted outside the restaurant. The kitchen was busy on a Saturday afternoon. I got the clam fish soup ramen and the broth wasnt fishy at all. The ramen was very much Al dente. Also got the Shiso drink, which is very refreshing.
There are some great appetizers, sumptuous Ramen, and live music. Wow..

We started with appetizers
> Karrage- chicken thigh dusted with hot oil—Crunchy but inside soft, moist.
> I chose black garlic ramen - it is very full. Even half of it was efficient for me, the perfect combo of noodles, meat, and veggies.
> Saki- I tried Lemon Saki and it was too good.

The place was big and beautiful...Cool...
