Stale bread is about the worst thing that can happen to Jersey Mike's and it happened here. Also my order was slightly wrong so that was another a minor inconvenience. When I walked in no one said anything to me for 2-3 minutes or even looked up while only 1 other person was in the store.
Corporate restaurants need to have consistency across locations and this one misses! Northvale is 5 stars.

I’ve never had any problems with this Jersey Mike’s until today. Unfortunately, they forgot a sandwich that was part of my order, but they quickly resolved the issue and upgraded my sub to a giant! Staff are very friendly and the food is always great!

Leul and Zach need a raise IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never encountered such professionalism in all my experiences at the Jersey Mike franchise. Not only was my order timely, and brought to me respectfully, but they went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had with a delivery app. These two people reminded me that there are kind people in this world and that when you are in a place of need, that others will show up to give you the service you deserve.
