I got a sub there yesterday afternoon and I swear the kid made it in literally a minute and it was great.
Stale bread is about the worst thing that can happen to Jersey Mike's and it happened here. Also my order was slightly wrong so that was another a minor inconvenience. When I walked in no one said anything to me for 2-3 minutes or even looked up while only 1 other person was in the store.
Corporate restaurants need to have consistency across locations and this one misses! Northvale is 5 stars.

I’ve never had any problems with this Jersey Mike’s until today. Unfortunately, they forgot a sandwich that was part of my order, but they quickly resolved the issue and upgraded my sub to a giant! Staff are very friendly and the food is always great!
