Starbucks Coffee Company is normally a great place, but experiences vary. One customer reported a not great experience where an employee made a sugar cookie breve with no coffee in it; when asked to remake it, the cup was sticky and ruined the cold foam. For a $10 cup of coffee, the customer hoped employees were trained on what the drinks are. Another customer loves it and described the staff as extremely nice and warm; after spilling a drink, the staff cleaned it up and offered a new one, helping ease stress while studying. Store Manager Kaitlyn is always very welcoming, the store looks great and clean, and drinks are always perfect with a friendly team and great atmosphere. However, a first-time visitor wanted to try a nitro coffee drink and was met with a rude and condescending young man with blonde hair who directed them to the cashier. While the coffee drink was great, the rude staff member means the customer will not be going back.
