I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Montvale. I had multiple orders, and Aidan handled everything perfectly without missing a single detail. He was patient, organized, and made sure every drink and item was correct. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entire interaction. Great customer service like this really stands out, and Aidan made my visit an excellent one. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Normally a great place but had a not great experience today. Employee made my coffee with no coffee in it and when asked to be remade said it was a kids drink that didn’t have any coffee. It was a sugar cookie breve - has three shots in a venti. When asked to remake he put a shot of espresso but cup was all sticky because there wasn’t enough room in the cup and ruined the cold foam I paid an extra $2 for.
