Elmas Turkish & Mediterranean Cuisine

The meat was undercooked, the wrap was tiny, they didn’t even put half a cup of soup and it tasted awful, and I won't even get into the fries. It really bums me out to see a Turkish restaurant serve food like this. I'm definitely never ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Staff and owner were very unprofessional. Person who took our order refused let us share a meal because it was lunch special. Owner came and started lecturing about how a business is run, some student visa, head of household and buffet. None of which made sense. After that took wrong order, salmon had a smell to it and they were still plain rude. It didn’t seem like they know how to run a business or deal with customers.

Had a great experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of the better Turkish restaurants I’ve tried, and I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Great food

The meat came undercooked (ordered grill combo in addition to some appetizers), all pink inside, when we mentioned it to the server, instead of correcting the situation, she just uncomfortably giggled, very unprofessional..
Overall doesn’t feel or taste like authentic Turkish cuisine (coming from the person who’s travelled to Turkey, and enjoyed the food many times and am a big fan).
Disappointed, didn’t feel well after Elma’s food and would suggest not going there.

Really bad customer service. We ordered dinner at 7:20 (got an email confirming our order and that it’ll be ready at 8:05) and at 7:55 they cancelled our entire order because they ran out of food. Never seen that before and would never order from them again due to that. I didn’t realize the order was cancelled (they sent an email) until I arrived at the restaurant for pick. Really unusual way or operating and horrible customer service about it.

The best restaurant I have been to in new jersey for 2 years now. I will make a goal of returning every time I am in the area.

I spent close to half an hour trying to be seated and have my order taken.
There were empty tables that were not cleaned, I had to ask for menus and was then given a QR code, they brought a jug of water without any glasses. The ambience was cafeteria like. Perhaps the food was good as the were a lot of people there , but we weren’t able to find out because no one would take our order. We finally left and went next-door to the Indian restaurant, tandoori flames where we got good service, nice ambience and good food.
