Elmas Turkish & Mediterranean Cuisine

This was one of my favorite restaurants. We come here for all special occasions on Sundays. I’m sad to say that I just had one of the worst customer service experiences. Our table literally took one chicken off of the plate before realizing that it wasn’t what we ordered. So they wouldn’t take that plate back instead offered not to give us what we did order like WHAT?!? So we got charged for 2 kebabs when we only ordered 1 and was still charged for our chicken sautee. No offer to take something off at the end. It was their error for giving us the wrong dishes and no admission of guilt. Instead the lady said, “well you ate it so I can’t give it to another table so you have to pay for it.” WHAT?!? It almost made it feel intentional because we ordered less than one plate per person. Maybe say the names of the plates as you put it down because not everyone knows what the dishes are. All I can say is that I’m disappointed.

To be fair it was Mother's Day but we had reservations for 3pm when it was somewhat slow. We ordered a desert that we had the been told would take time to cook as soon as we sat down to give the kitchen time. Dinners arrived at different times, and it was obvious that they were not prepared for the day and did not have the staff to handle cooking or waiting on all the tables. As a result our early dinner took 3 hours for 4 people and they gave us the wrong desert.
But on the plus side everything was very tasty. And the place was clean...however the banquet room could be viewed from the hallway to the rest rooms and it looked like they hadn't picked up the dishes or cleaned up from the banquet held the night before

The Elma’s salad with the Chicken Adana kabab skewer was okay. The kunafe and Turkish coffee were really good.

Everything tastes amazing. Try anything. Try everything! You can't go wrong! Just eat here. If you eat here and you don't like it, then you don't deserve great food.

Freshly made food vegetarian options available, not too spicy, wonderful ambiance, owner very warm & personable,attentive to our needs.

Chicken had no flavor and rice was undercooked.

Great Turish place. Glad my friends found it. We tried several dips for appetizer and main course dishes. All very tasty. We will be back.

It’s an Indian restaurant with Turkish food and wouldn’t taste as Turkish at all.
