What I like about FC is there consistency. They tend to never let you down and always give you a quality experience. But the last time I visited. I don't know if they were short staffed or what. But the service was off. The food was good. I really appreciate how they can accommodate my family of vegetarians with me being a meat eater.

Went yesterday with my wife, in-laws, and daughter on a calm Wednesday evening and was blown away. The serving sizes are HUGE and everything is tasty - between the nachos, salsa, appetizer pizza and mocktails, we finished everything in record time before our entrees came out.

The custom tacos were delicious, i chose the vegan meat option and was impressed. Looking back a few of those would've been enough, but we got 2 7 layer burritos, an enchilada, and...

Great Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel. Nice bar activity. Late nites they have a DJ come in, push some tables aside and make a dance floor. They have late night snacks, limited menu, until at least midnight. Lots of parking. Great atmosphere especially when the meetup people are there.
