“Did you know that this Latin food place is around Morristown? So delicious!! I'm glad I found the place. I was craving for rice and beans so I did a Google maps search. I didn't order any beans but this curry shrimp rice was amazing. The server asked me if liked spicy food and I said I loved it. She gave me a chilli sauce and I said it's not that spicy. Then she handed me a secret sauce she said was not for everyone. It was pretty good because I love spicy food. They have so many options is ridiculous. I will definitely go back to try other things. The rice came with a salad and a thousand Island sauce topped with avocado. I couldn't finish the dish because it was so filling. Definitely a local GEM. It's not fancy but that's what I like. I got the rice and a Pina colada drink with no alcohol. The drink was ok and price was expensive for a lunch. With tips I gave $30 which is kinda pricey for a lunch. I could've had a pizza and a soda for less than $10. But if you have the money to spend, I think this is a very good place try. The price was decent considering the quality I got. I definitely recommend it.“

Restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was reminiscent of a typical latin restaurant but feels to be more of a lunch/take out spot. Menu has your basic hot and cold sandwiches if you are not looking for something authentic. The rest of the menu has latin dishes and daily specials that are broken up into their combos small medium and family size. The portions are quite large . I ordered the pernil / salad/ and arroz con gandules ... flavor was spot on...two to three people could have honestly split the combo ... overall I would go back to try other dishes but would be sure to split the combo ...“

“My wife and myself were at Latin American Restaurant in Boonton, NJ. We are from out of town looking for home cooking, let me tell you, this was the most delicious food we've had since we've been here. The restaurant is clean and the owner stayed and talked to us for a long while. I had the steak smothered with onions, salad, white rice, black beans and maduros(sweet plantains). You get large portions, my wife took her left overs to the hotel for later. My wife is a very picky eater and she loved everything that was served. The staff was great and we felt very comfortable taking our time with our dinner. We surely will be back before we go home and will recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.“
