I have been been going to Sukhadia for last 20 years or so. Always had issues with wait time. Lately it is very expeditious and courteous response by one of the servers Sahiti is very good. Would continue to go there.

Stopped for a quick snack - tea, samosa and jalebi. Tea really bad.
Samosa is okay. Their imli chutney is not nice.
Jalebi is usually good but wasn’t hot this time. Sweets didn’t look very inviting… too much color added to them.

Tried the samosa chaat at Sukhadia in Parsippany and it was amazing! Perfect balance of spicy, tangy, and crispy — every bite was bursting with flavor. The chutneys were fresh and the portion was generous. Definitely one of the best chaat spots in the area!
