Ordered thru grub hub: cold fries, lukewarm burgers and missing the drink in the burger meal. Customer service is useless. Basically, they get your order wrong, you're on your own, and they are very nonchalant about it. Second time, there will not be a 3rd. Do not recommend.

I always come here with my girlfriend. The people up front are always nice. The place is very clean. They have never messed up an order in my 3 years of going there. Their machines are always working (icecream/milkshakes). Burgers are great, and they have a lot of options. (Veggie/Vegan/Keto/etc).

Horrible customer care. I ordered a burger to be cooked rare, or medium rare and what came to the table was a well done, dry burger. Empty ketchup bottle, no salt in the salt shaker, no napkins on the table....sorry, but as a restaurant owner/manager, it's your responsibility to make sure the ketchup bottles on the table a full, along with salt and pepper shakers.

Employees were pleasant despite working with no air conditioner. It was hot and humid inside. I ordered 2 salads to go. Cobb had no avocado and the bbq chicken salad came without the bbq sauce.
I really like this place. Good burgers, and sides. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, nice looking place to eat.

Went inside during business hours (11:45AM on a Sunday). Music was playing, lights were on, but no one was there. No staff, no customers. Went back outside and realized sign said "closed". Maybe staff gave up halfway through opening and left? Very odd

This is the 1 Habit Burger I will go to in the area, though there is another closer. The food quality is great and always tastes great. The employees are friendly, kind and never have a fuss or attitude about my requests for modifications. They never make me feel like an inconvenience.
