Used to be at five stars but getting rid of the impossible Burger and having a cheaper and less tasty veggie burger doesn't cut it. No longer a great option for vegans.

Always hot & fresh. Very clean staff very professional. I like where you can walk up to the kiosk and place your own order. You can still order @ counter as well.
Ordered thru grub hub: cold fries, lukewarm burgers and missing the drink in the burger meal. Customer service is useless. Basically, they get your order wrong, you're on your own, and they are very nonchalant about it. Second time, there will not be a 3rd. Do not recommend.

I always come here with my girlfriend. The people up front are always nice. The place is very clean. They have never messed up an order in my 3 years of going there. Their machines are always working (icecream/milkshakes). Burgers are great, and they have a lot of options. (Veggie/Vegan/Keto/etc).

French onion burger was tasty but a little too salty. Fries were good and all you can drink is nice. I'd go back to another Habit burger again. This location was just okay it could use a little TLC and slightly faster service.

Horrible customer care. I ordered a burger to be cooked rare, or medium rare and what came to the table was a well done, dry burger. Empty ketchup bottle, no salt in the salt shaker, no napkins on the table....sorry, but as a restaurant owner/manager, it's your responsibility to make sure the ketchup bottles on the table a full, along with salt and pepper shakers.
