Bonchon Reviews
Store is dirty and staff is incompetent, lazy and barely able to speak English. Can't get an order right and when they screw up they say "you never ordered that." Not to mention a lunch order of boneless wings and fried rice comes to $27.00 and they still have the nerve to ask for a tip! Terrible value, terrible staff, terrible experience.
The fried chicken was very tasty. Nice crunch on the skin as the sauce carmelizes with an excellent flavor. The neat stays moist and has absorbed some of the flavor from the sauce. it's no wonder that this is what they are famous for...

Came back after the soft opening... great food & they definitely improved on staff training. The staff was calm, cool and collected, making it a much more enjoyable experience. I didn’t feel rushed in any way, despite it being super busy still. Definitely recommend this place! The portions are good for the price- you get what you pay for!

Bonchon Parsippany is a popular restaurant known for its delicious crispy boneless chicken and white rice. The staff is friendly and helps first-timers choose the best meal. Despite occasional issues, loyal customers keep returning for the consistently good chicken that stands out from other local options.
The restaurant's menu is straightforward, which some customers appreciate. The limited seating creates a grab-and-go atmosphere. Takeout orders are typically ready in under 20 minutes, though there have been instances of longer wait times and missed orders. The chicken sliders and fried rice are praised for their flavor and generous portions.
However, some customers have experienced inconsistencies, such as undercooked rice, mushy coleslaw, and missing complementary sides and sauces. Additionally, the new bao buns have been criticized as a poor value, with a single boneless wing on each.
Overall, Bonchon Parsippany offers a reliable option for tasty crispy chicken, though the quality and service can sometimes be inconsistent.
