They always charge me for what I ordered and never give me everything. Third time they forgot the guacamole on all 4 of my burritos and my guacamole side for the chips. I won't be returning.

My one meal never made it into the bag however, my other one did and I didn't notice this mishap until I got home. I returned to the store and Cristy was very helpful she made me a new bowl and gave me a card for a free entrée.

I went on a lunch date with my husband which happened to be my very first time at a chipotle. It was amazing from service to food. Unfortunately had a little mishap with my food , the manager on duty Dan handled it with fine fashion and I will definitely be returning.
