OMG! Consistently get the orders wrong! They do not understand anything u tell them. I asked for and paid for a large cup of ice and I get a small cup! I asked for no ketchup and I get ketchup! I rarely get hot fries they are usually warm and they taste like they were sitting there for a while. It’s consistent!
I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at the McDonald’s at 1155 US-46 in Parsippany.
The biggest concern for me is food handling. While waiting for orders, I’ve repeatedly watched employees preparing food continue wearing the same gloves while touching different surfaces and items around the kitchen. This place consistently screws up your order. Last week, forgot hash browns with the deluxe breakfast meal. Today, handed me the wrong bag at the drive thru and gave my order to the driver ahead of me.
Also the other week, observed staff drop food items on ground then asked if we would be ok with being served that item. Food safety culture leaves much to be desired at this place.
Quite unfortunate since this establishment used to have higher quality service.
