Chain restaurant with lackluster service, small portions of average food. Set idlely waiting for coffee after having order taken. Had to remind waitress to bring it. Place was not busy. Average chain.

This Ihop was one of the best! The hostess was welcoming, and our waiter Renzo was very kind and attentive! Our food arrived in no time, and when I asked for some tartar , it came in seconds! ( Some places you are half through your food when the things arrive, right?!) We had excellent service and the food was delicious!
