Great Dim Sum
The restaurant was exceedingly crowded with around 12 people waiting outside and about 30 people waiting inside by the front door, where there was an inadequate waiting area.
We shared a large table with 2 other parties of 2 or 3 (we were a party of 2). The food was mostly dim sum but you can request a menu to order from but since no server is assigned to the table, we waited for a while to place our menu order. Visited Qin Dynasty Restaurant in Parsippany and left feeling pretty mixed. The crab fried rice had zero seasoning or flavor — it was surprisingly bland and not what I expected. The walnut mayo shrimp was also unusual; it was served on a bed of fruits instead of broccoli, which made the overall taste a bit odd. Not terrible, but definitely disappointing for the price and reputation.
