“I really really really like this place. I ordered penne (a form of pasta) with butter alongside my family, and I love this place very much. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. Overall on a scale of 1-10, I'm giving this a 9.7 due to the small inconvenience of small size it that's what happens when your located in a strip-mall. Thank you for your service and food!!“
“Overall, solid choice and worth a visit if you're in the area. Typical bar scene with large television screens broadcasting a variety of major sports games, so it does tend to get rather loud inside. But also decently family friendly assuming you're ok with the large tv's around. Decent selection of drinks, and the happy hour specials are well worth the bang for your buck. I personally enjoy the LIT (Long Island), but the House Margarita Special is probably a better deal. Food is pretty much what you'd expect to find at a bar. Large menu so chances are you'll be able to find something that works for everyone. I'm a huge fan of the mozzarella sticks which was the star of the show for me. It is nice that they let you add onto sides for an extra charge. I've tried several of the entrees but nothing stands out. Overall quality is average across the board. Have not ventured into the dessert options here but they looked good for what it's worth, I'll have to give them a shot one time. My experience with service here has been mixed. On my most recent visit, they did very well apart from taking a long time to bring refills/check, but given how busy it gets on weekends it was understandable. However, I have had other times where my order has been messed up without an apology and were visibly upset that I asked for it to be fixed. Personally I prefer here over Tommy's but some may disagree.“
“We have been to this location many times over the years, but Hillary made this trip extra special with outstanding service. The food was absolute perfection, as it always is, but the experience we were left with due to the staff tonight made the entire night even better.“
“Came for the dim sum with my husband and father. We were seated immediately when we arrived. We arrived at around 2:45pm on a Saturday and was told dim sum carts stop at around 2:00. I also heard some else say they stop around 1:30 so I'm not exactly sure. We ended up choosing our dim sum items from a paper menu which was fine but just be aware of the timing if you want the fully Cantonese style cart. Staff was not the most enthusiastic but helpful and attentive. Food came out pretty quickly. Everything we ordered tasted good. Some favorites were the pork steamed buns, custard bun, green sesame ball, and pork soup dumplings. One of our items never came out so we waited a little bit until we finally asked about it. Someone came over and just crossed it off our bill so I guess they ran out. This was our second time dining here. My recommendation is to arrive earlier the first visit to enjoy the full cart experience but it does get crowded at prime time so be prepared to wait a little or be seated with others.“
“This was my first time here I enjoyed my time here my server’s name was vi she did a great job in making sure my experience delightfully and also had a great sense of humor would definitely come back and ask for the same serverParking: Parking was fine it was finding the place that was difficult but called and they helped“
“We were a party of 3 for Easter dinner, our first time here. It was packed but the friendly and competent staff was able to accommodate a table change for us to a booth which was much appreciated. Our sewer was friendly and informative. The menu has wonderful options. The tuna tartare appointment was big enough for all of us to enjoy without filling up too much so we could enjoy our perfectly cooked lamb loin and scallop entrees. Desserts were sweet and delicious and the presentation was brilliant. I will steal the idea for my next dinner party!“
“Love this place! Wish I found it sooner! The food is amazing! The staff, decor and clientele make this a special local pub. Feels like the show “Cheers”! Will bring my friends next time.Parking: Small parking behind building, plenty on street“
“I have to say this place is top-notch phenomenal ?. I was here with my family for my birthday and Jon was our server. To start we ordered the wings and Burrata as appetizers OMG delicious. For entrees, we ordered the Tomahawk for my husband and I with hand-cut fries and brussel sprouts and my daughter ordered the Boneless Ribeye with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Every single dish tasted like homemade. For dessert, we had the Tres leches and Tiramisu. Tres leches wasn't too sweet and Tiramisu was on point. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a delicious steak.????? stars in my book ?“
“Absolutely the best seafood around here. Only 11 tables, so need a reservation. Service is very friendly and I never felt rushed. A BYOB which is great. It is a seafood shop as well so atmosphere is nothing fancy. My favorite place for seafood!“
“I’ve been a huge fan of the Station restaurant for years, but hadn’t been in for a while until last night. I went for dinner with my wife and had an absolutely outstanding meal. Alan is a top notch waiter and German is a first class bartender/front of the house who does an excellent job of interacting with the patrons. We were sorry to miss Carlos, one of the best in the business. Our meal was a 10/10, don’t miss the firecracker calamari. My wife had the filet and loved every bite. The grilled marinated hanger steak was cooked to perfection and their scalloped potatoes are the standard by which all others should be measured. Truly superior restaurant, highly recommend.“
“Great Easter Dinner! Best service ever. Menu is very extensive with plenty of options on top of the day specials. Ambiance is great. I'll for sure return to Lithos very soon to try out other menu items I have in mind. Must experience this for yourself!“
“Regular here, and I can't say one bad thing. Amazing food, very comforting atmosphere, service, and all around ambiance.Seriously, my go to spot legit once a week! Amazing all around!!!Sincerely, corner table regularKid-friendliness: Very accommodating.“
“Today was the first time we ate out on a Holiday. Having Easter dinner @ Portofino's was the BEST!! We enjoyed a delicious meal, wonderful service and atmosphere without any 'clean up'. The food was served hot and appetizing. It couldn't get better. The entire staff was pleasant, accomodating and attentive.“
“My wife and I are serial Axton Take-out folks... we finally made it a point to dine-in and it couldn't have been better. Francesca made us feel as if we were dining at my home town in Italy and the food was amazing. She is the best. Most experienced waitresses in the industry. Would recommend Axton's to anyone. As a matter a fact I sent my grandparents here (off the boat) and they loved it. If you can impress an Italian with Italian food... you WIN!! Love Axton's !!Parking: Plenty of parking“
“Food is pretty good, my 4th time here. It's funny that an Italian Restaurant is actually closed "Every Sunday" when that is the biggest day for Italians and everyone else to go out for macaroni dinner. I'll come back, just not on a Sunday, haha. I'd give them 5 stars if they were open Sundays.. That's just weird. Everyone needs a day off but perhaps take a weekday off instead or rotate Sundays on and off? I'm not the only one who wonders why they close every Sunday..“
“We enjoyed our food. The servers were very attentive. Our biggest complaint was that the website did not clearly stated that it was a restaurant that only sold full bottles of wine (not by the glass) with BYOB as an option. I was looking forward to a cocktail, but there was no bar. I could not find that information on the website or in the reviews anywhere.“
“Brought the kids to Ferati’s tonight and they did not disappoint! We are originally from Brooklyn so we know good pizza. Alex made my daughter the most delicious chicken roll! The quality of food made me feel like I was back home in Brooklyn! Will be coming back often!“
“The service and atmosphere were excellent and the food was very good. The scallop and octopus appetizers were excellent. Duck entree was well above average. The bread pudding for dessert was also delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant.“
“We licked our knives! Need we say more?! (We didn’t eat everything so we asked them to use a spatula to be sure to get all the sauce!) LOL! But seriously, we just found our new favorite restaurant! Everything is exceptional from the moment you walk in! Excellent service, excellent atmosphere, PHENOMENAL FOOD! Can’t wait to come back! Eric was the most excellent waiter!“
“We very much enjoyed Enzo’s food and atmosphere, however we felt rushed to leave while at dinner with friends. The restaurant has a lovely setting, and the food was ample portions, cooked perfectly, and classic yet creative Italian fare. However, we overheard a manager pressuring our server to get us to leave to free up the table, which was uncomfortable.Vegetarian options: There were a decent amount of vegetarian options, although more of the menu centers on meat than most Italian restaurants.“
“Bartenders were great. The food seemed a little more processed than I remember it. It's a chain, so you have to account for that, but I seem to remember it being a little more flavorful. One exception; all the bang-bang stuff (shrimp, of course, but also had vegetable) continues to be spot on!“
“Always excellent. Been eating here for years now and never disappoints. Service is always good. And Chuck treats everyone like family. We like to go early so it's not too crowded but reservations are a good idea. Love the Antipasto salad with meat with the BEST dressing (that you can take to go). Get it every time. Pasta ( rigatoni salsiccia & penne vodka) and chicken (Arturo, Marsala) dishes are a must. Weekly specials always worth a try. And leave room for dessert- NY cheesecake.“
“I’m writing this for my father. He was craving Mott Street NYC shrimp and calamari but didn’t feel like going to the City. He was in the area and decided to give this place a try. He was very impressed and said it was just as good if not better than Little Italy! It wasn’t exactly on the menu but they still went out of the way to accommodate him-biscuits and all! He also said the people were very friendly. Can’t wait to try Michel Angelo’s too!-From Tom Fico of New Jersey“
“The ladies were so helpful taking care of my baby! They happily held and rocked her during my friends bridal shower. The vodka penne was amazing and I enjoyed my chicken Francesce. The bartender makes a good green tea shot. We will be back!“
“Best Gluten free pizza I have EVER HAD IN 14YEARS!!!! The crust was thicker and not cardboard, the sauce was sweet, and the cheese was real!! There wings amazing, (not gf but my kids loved it!!) We just moved here and can't wait to order from here again and again!! Yummmm!“
“The store environment is clean and tidy, and dining is comfortable. The service attitude is highly praised and thoughtful, and the dishes are rich in taste and delicious, satisfying the needs of many people. The dishes are fresh, the taste is excellent and so on.“
“I ordered the lobster roll online in the morning for pickup at noon. I came around noon and parked in the lot next to the restaurant. My order was ready. The lobster roll was for my son's birthday. He liked the lobster roll. The roll looked like it was stuffed with a good amount of lobster meat.“
“As always bad with names but our server was wonderful! Haven’t been there in few years but it was though I never left! Myself and my 2 boys went for dinner and it was delicious our server did an excellent job and the food was amazing as always! Thank you for a wonderful “
“Fasil is exceptional for Mediterranean dishes. Everything is fresh and well prepared. The servers are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Fasil has been one of our favorite restaurants in the Boonton area. We love bringing friends and family.“
“Very good food, and a unique menu. For example, we had the lobster Mac and Cheese, a combination I had never heard of before. They actually paired very well, especially with Vibe's original cheese blend. It is not your typical burger and beer place, it really is a cut above. It is also kid friendly, with many games like skee ball on site. They also have a large room in the back for parties.“
“Always great food and great service! And the specials are quite extensive, interesting and very good as well. And don't forget about desert! Also, they honor us veterans with a nice discunt which is always appreciated.Vegetarian options: A few great options. Very tasty!“
“Happened to come across this place by surprise and at the last minute. Was looking for something light - a la a moo shu pork. I wasn't sure what to expect - but have to say it was really, really good. It is the first time I remember eating the whole portion. It was a great balance of vegetables, protein and seasoning. The only down side, using egg roll skin as the pancake is a bit of a cop out. A true Mandarin pancake would have earned it 5 stars.“
“This was our first time dining at Barka. We were not disappointed. I easily give it 5/5 stars!! Tony was our server and he was fabulous. He was pleasant and very accommodating with all our requests. The cocktails and wine were great. There were 6 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our more than substantial apps. The lobster bisque was delicious as were the beet salad, Shephards salad and clams casino. My daughter and DIL shared the Paella for two. It was enough for 4! They loved it. I had grilled lobster which I requested to be removed from the shell and I loved it ! My husband had the delicious Halibut, my son had Ravioli stuffed with lobster and crabmeat and my son in law had the Osso Bucco. We all loved our dinners. This is surely a special occasion restaurant as it is truly fine dining and pricey, but well worth it!! We will be back!!“
“Even if you're not into Chinese food, you've got to admire the style that comes with it. My top-tier chums and I came here for lunch yesterday after The Pasta Shop had a 90-minute wait (which annoyed them/pretty much quashed any interest they had in trying to go back, and made me want to go even more - so it goes), and were rewarded with approximately a 30-second wait for a table here. Boy is there a lot to look at; I'm not going to risk using incorrect terminology in describing this building, but it's a lot. I'm assuming it's a fairly accurate interpretation of an "authentic" Chinese structure, but that's as far as I'm going. Very unique, very cool. And as someone who has spent a bit of time at a time vortex Chinese place in Rockland County of late, apparently aquariums are a big part of the decor. If you're looking for information on Hunan's authentic Chinese dishes, you've come to the wrong place - we went so basic, we might as well have ordered this with a side of Uggs and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I ordered my tried and true Sweet & Sour Chicken, one top-tier chum ordered the Sesame Chicken, and the other top-tier chum ordered General Tso's Chicken. The edgiest item we procured were the steamed pork dumplings app to share.Everything here was very solid. These are obviously items that we'd typically get from a hole-in-the-wall takeout establishment, so it was a nice change of pace to eat the chicken off of actual plates (maybe most people do that too with their takeout orders, but I'm a barbarian through and through). The two keys for me when it comes to sweet & sour chicken are ensuring the chicken isn't overly deep fried where you're eating more fried skin than meat, and that the sauce is on the thicker side. Hunan checked off both boxes here, and since it was served with some vegetables, etc., there was some extra flavoring at play as well. The dumplings were very good as well. I've become more of a soup dumpling adherent in recent years, but I liked the seasoning in the pork and was pleased we got something other than generic chicken with our meal. The service overall was above average. I thought it slowed down noticeably towards the end, though we weren't in a rush or anything. But we'd clearly stopped eating and didn't receive a visit from anyone to pack up the leftovers for about 20 minutes - not egregious, and there were tons of staffers all over the place and it would have been very easy to hail someone down if the urgent need arose. Beyond that, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and efficient. One of my chums noted a party room in the back and was openly pondering the possibility of returning in the near future and hosting a birthday in there. I wasn't QUITE as blown away by this place as she was, but I'd definitely come back. But since I'm not a frisky teenager anymore, I sadly have to pick and choose my moments to chow down on Chinese food these days. The perils of Geriatric Oregon Trail Millennial-hood.“
“Love this restaurant. Sometimes we go sit at the bar and have garlic shrimp, red sangria and bread, the bread is a must!!!! I don’t think there is anything here that is not good. Everything is great! The meat is cooked to perfection, the seafood is delicious. You will spend money! But it is money well spent if you are looking for a good meal. The meals will come with family style veggies, rice and delicious house made potato chips.End your meal with a coffee drink and some amazing tiramisu.Parking: Some nights you can park your car yourself and it appears weekends they valet, this may allow for more parking!“
“If you don’t want to drive all the way to Newark for authentic Portuguese food, Tino’s is the place! The shrimp garlic is soooo good. Beef ribs, clams in garlic hit the spot. I’ve tried Portugalo BBQ and they don’t compare. If you want real, delicious Portuguese authentic flavors, go straight to Tinos BBQ & Grill.“
“In a quaint little town, not too far away,There's a pizzeria that'll make your day. With cheese so stretchy and crust so divine,You'll forget all your worries, every woe, every whine. The aroma alone could make you swoon,As you waltz through the door, under the moon. The toppings are endless, a sight to behold,From pepperoni galore to veggies so bold. The dough is crafted with love and with care,Each bite is a journey, beyond compare. The sauce, oh the sauce, it's like a classical symphony,Swirling on your taste buds in the sweetest harmony.Carlos in the back, a culinary wizard,Creating masterpieces, which he eagerly serves. He tosses the dough high, with flair and with glee,Making pizzas truly perfect, it's plain to see.And oh, the ambiance, it's truly a treat,With laughter and chatter, and tables so neat. The staff, they're like family, with smiles never ending,They'll serve you great food, with no need for high spending. So if ever you're hungry, or in need of a smile,Head to Pizza Rustica- it's worth every mile.“
“This is a great spot for pizza a wings!! I've ordered from them a few times and I have zero complaints about the food or service! I'm a creature of habit so I almost get a large pepperoni pie and hot wings! The wings are flavorful but can sometimes be extremely spicy. I suggest requesting the buffalo sauce on the side and lots of ranch for dipping! You can order take out or dine in! There are plenty of tables and booths available inside only. This pizzeria is located in the Livingston ShopRite plaza. The prices are on par for the suburban location. I recommend trying them out for pizza and wings!!“
“We called ahead to reserve a table of 10 with a person with a wheel chair. The table was very narrow and seating was very close, but we managed to sqeeze in. I enjoyed the deviled egg appetizer that was sprinkled with bacon bits. The popcorn shrimp was not the small sized ones that were expected. Only 4 large shrimp came to an order so we had to order 2. The fried okra and potato skins were enjoyed too. Our guests loved their burgers, pulled pork, chipped beef and salmon salad. I am sorry to say that I was disappointed in my dry herb chicken breast and overly charred grilled vegetables. Service was excellent. The place was very busy on a Wednesday night. It is bright and tight (with spacing of tables). There is no dedicated lot, so you have to find parking on the nearby streets.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an alleyway to the right of the restaurant with a side door that is good. We managed to enter through the front, but it was a tight sqeeze making it through to the room where our table was set up.“
“Service was great. Polite and prompt. Bread served to the table and drinks promptly served. I had a simple dish of Mezzo Rigatoni Vodka and it was very good. Had cannoli for dessert and it was fantastic. I would recommend and return to try other menu items.“
“Pavesi Restaurant truly exceeded our expectations. The chef's dishes were a delightful mix of traditional and innovative flavors, each more delicious than the last. The owner and servers made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a personal touch to our dining experience that was both warm and professional. Every aspect of our visit, from the ambiance to the service, was top-notch. Definitely a five-star experience – highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal.“
“Waiter was a great salesman and polite. One iced tea had to be asked for 3 times, one meal didn't come out until everyone else was almost done.5 adults went, and we were presented a bill with automatic 20% tip... and told a 7% discount for cash and 3% surcharge for credit card. We normally tip 20% so that wasn't terrible. It was just a surprise with only 5 and the waiter didn't tell us it was already added. I get the cc surcharge... but cash discount sounds like.... fishy. We won't be going back...“
“I want to commend our server, Matt. He was so attentive and friendly and professional that it made the dining experience outstanding. The food was outstanding and the service extraordinary! Thank you, Matt. The entire experience was fabulous. We will return !“
