I am a town local and eat frequently at this cafe. They always give top notch service andfresh entrees. I had an issue ordering through the app as my rewards were not popping up properly and the store manager was very helpful in helping me navigate the app and provided me with a coupon for the inconvenience. One of the best Panera I've been to. Always fresh food, fast service and extremely clean.The unlimited drinks are an amazing deal and keeps me coming back 3 or 4 times a weekThe sandwiches are alway perfect and you can't beat the flatbread pizza!I'm getting hungry just talking about it.
Lunch rush makes the wait a bit longer, especially when ordering inside and not ordering ahead, but the quality of food is pretty standard across other Paneras. Bathroom were decently clean, could smell better, but overall ok.
