Nothing against this location and the stuff but compelled to say this: every time we come to Panera, it is a struggle to decide what to eat because somehow the chain likes to have a menu turnover every other. ‘New recipe’ ‘it is back’ who cares? Panera is a type of brand you order on a weeknight for basic menu, I am not interested in reading through ingredient lists every single time I am trying to make a decision. What the heck are salad...
I visited this Panera on 9/8/26, and Jenn was working at the counter. She noticed that my hand was injured and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her kindness felt genuine, and she made an ordinary visit stand out. Employees like Jean make you feel good about supporting the business they work for.
We had a really nice experience at Panera Bread! Jen provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She was especially kind and patient with our kids, which made our family visit even more enjoyable. It’s always appreciated when staff go the extra mile to create a kid-friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Great service, good experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Jen!
