We had a really nice experience at Panera Bread! Jen provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She was especially kind and patient with our kids, which made our family visit even more enjoyable. 3 self order kiosks were there. Customer service was good. Place was clean but there’s a stinky smell near by order pickup area. order was ready in less than 15 minutes. Food was good but the quantity was less for the price, it’s bit costly. Ample parking 🅿 spots were available.
Jenn was a doll she helped me bring my food to the table. She checked if everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. The strawberry basil drink is the best. I can see why they brought it back. Our food was well made and hot. Overall a great experience. The place was clean and quiet.
